Additional Fees: Shipping and handling fee — Within Japan: flat rate of 500 JPY. International: flat rate of 5,000 JPY per order. For international orders, any import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
Payment Methods: Within Japan: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Convenience Store Payment. International: Credit Card and other payment methods displayed at checkout (Bank Transfer and Convenience Store Payment are available for orders within Japan only).
Payment Timing: Payment is processed and confirmed at the time of order placement.
Delivery Time: Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks after payment confirmation. For international orders, delivery generally takes an additional 1–3 weeks after shipment, depending on the destination and customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Delivery Method: Within Japan: Postal Mail. International: International mail via Japan Post.
International Orders: Please make sure that the items you order can be imported into your country. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect it, or unpaid duties, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and any reshipping will incur an additional shipping fee.
Returns and Defective Items: If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us by email with photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of arrival. For orders within Japan, please return the item via cash-on-delivery (shipping fee paid by receiver). For international orders, please do not return the item until we contact you with instructions. After confirming the damage, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preferences (change of mind).
Return Deadline: Within 7 days after the item arrival.
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us by phone or email (international customers: please contact us by email).
